SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
Weak to moderate northwest flow will shift to the east thisafternoon before eventually transiting to the southeast Mondaynight. Low chances (20-35%) for rain will continue this morning andafternoon across the southern marine zones with drier conditionsMonday night and Tuesday. Generally weak to moderate onshore flowexpected Wednesday. In response to upper level disturbancesexpected to move across the southwestern United States, moderateto strong onshore flow is expected to develop over the coastalwaters Thursday night then persist through Sunday.
